Your plan includes monthly export credits that refill on your billing date. Each new broker you export uses one credit. Re-exporting a broker you already have is free, and suppressed contacts are skipped at no cost.
If an exported email hard-bounces, report it on the Guarantee page. Verified reports get 2x replacement credits and the contact is removed for everyone.
Add their emails or domains on the Do-not-contact page (manually or by CSV). They're hidden from search and never exported.
Yes. Download a CSV formatted for cold-email tools, or add a webhook (e.g. Zapier) under Settings to push every export automatically.
Go to Billing and click Manage billing. You can view invoices, change your card, or cancel any time.
